The Fishin' Place Retail Store
Project Description:
New construction of 2,500 sq. ft.
Programmatic Criteria:
Provide prototype/first retail design for gourmet seafood store, with preparation kitchen, retail sales, display and seating. Client wanted to convey the freshness of product (from his processing vessels directly to his retail kitchens). Client was innovative in controlling product quality from catch to delivery and felt it was essential to communicate his process in order to establish consumer confidence.
Design Concept:
Quality, freshness, innovation, customer service, and advanced technology from catching to delivery of finished product.
