Project: Flora & Henry Retail Store Project   Project Description: Design retail store in 2,500 sq. ft. new construction   Programmatic Criteria: The client wanted a store to showcase her children's apparel fashion designs. Programmatic requirements were showroom space, corporate office space, restrooms, dressing rooms, storage/shipping room for mail order business, cashiers desk, seating, and window display area. The client's product line was a fusion of French and English fashion from the 30's and 40's with innovative, contemporary, quality materials and fabrication techniques. The space needed to feel like a European boutique to promote the concept of the business, while seeming contemporary and innovative.
