Design Concept: Minimal and progressive to reflect the owners' hi-tech business culture. No politically controversial components that might offend business-related guests. Comfort and practicality concerns only in the "private zone."   Design Solution: Spare and minimal environment with minimal use of color and artwork. Spatially, the master bedroom was located adjacent to the kitchen with a screen wall behind the bed to obscure it from the public zone of the house. This allowed the bedroom to be next to the public zone, while still maintaining visual privacy. All public zone rooms were located adjacent to the entry corridor while the private zone (master suite) rooms were not.
