Project: Kretschmer Residence   Project Description: 3,500 sq. ft. home remodel   Programmatic Criteria: Remodel kitchen and develop a family room near the kitchen. Open main level areas up to each other to create a stronger, more logical flow throughout the main level, as well as between the upper and lower levels. Remodel basement level to create a party room and Pilates studio.   Design Concept: Classic modernism, energetic, creative and open within a traditional home.
