Project: Nicolov Seattle Project (Master Bathroom)   Project Description: Renovation of 200 sq. ft. Master Bathroom   Programmatic Criteria: Clients wanted the master bathroom to be updated to function for their contemporary needs. This meant providing shower, toilet, bidet, tub, and double vanities with a maximum amount of storage, as well as creating as much open area as possible to avoid feeling cramped when they were both using the room. It was important to the client, who was an art historian, that the room maintained its historical integrity and its period Georgian character. The room therefore needed to have the sense of grandeur and elegance that was part of the house's initial design.
